FAQ
Do we need any calls?
No. Everything runs via email and Loom videos. If you prefer, we can schedule one kickoff call — but the base process is fully async.
Where will my site be hosted?
We usually use your existing host (e.g. Namecheap cPanel) or a static host like Netlify or Vercel. You keep control of your domain and hosting accounts.
Can you update copy or images later?
Yes. You can either edit simple content yourself, or use our monthly care add-on for small changes.
What languages do you support?
We can set up sites in English, Polish or Dutch. A simple language toggle can be added as a small extra.
Do you also handle hosting & domains?
Yes. We can help you set up hosting on Namecheap cPanel, Netlify or Vercel and connect your domain for you. You stay the owner of all accounts and can move away at any time.
Can you integrate Etsy, KDP or Shopify?
Yes. Most PixiePines sites link to your existing Etsy, KDP or Shopify via clean product tiles and buttons. For shops we can also set up a simple Stripe or PayPal checkout.
What if I need edits after launch?
You can send one-off requests billed by time, or pick a Care plan if you prefer a tiny monthly limit for text, price and image updates. Bigger redesigns are quoted separately.

You send your idea, references and rough goals. We record a 2-minute walkthrough showing how we’d structure the homepage, where CTAs go, and which package fits best.
If you decide to work with us, we reuse this Loom as the base plan. If not — you still keep the ideas and structure.
